We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Redistribute or republish our content
  • Create derivative works
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

5.3 User Content

If you submit content to our platform (e.g., forum posts, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

We offer both free and premium tiers:

  • NCLEX-Ready Plan: One-time payment for full study guide access
  • Ultimate Bundle: One-time payment with lifetime access and updates

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any price increases.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium purchases:

  • Request refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Contact support@thenursingcollective.pro with your order details
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days

After 30 days, all sales are final unless required by law.

6.4 Lifetime Access

Premium purchases include lifetime access, which means:

  • No recurring subscription fees
  • Access for as long as the Service operates

  • No guarantee that the Service will exist indefinitely

7. Educational Disclaimer

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy or completeness of content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantee of passing NCLEX or any exam

We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Always verify information with official sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLORENCEBOT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
  • Academic or exam performance
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nursing Collective, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Content you submit to the platform

11. Discord Integration

Our Discord bot is subject to:

  • Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Server-specific rules where the bot is used
  • Rate limits and API restrictions

We are not responsible for Discord platform outages, policy changes, or server moderation decisions.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content or accuracy
  • Third-party privacy practices
  • Third-party service availability

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
