Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us for a hassle-free refund.
Once content has been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final. Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical items, so we are unable to offer refunds after the content has been accessed. Please review product descriptions and sample content before purchasing.
We understand things happen. We'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for: technical issues preventing access, accidental duplicate subscriptions, or billing errors. Contact us with your order details and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Access depends on your subscription plan. Monthly and semester plans provide access for their duration, while lifetime plans include permanent access, including any future updates to that content.
