About Us

The Nursing Collective started out of frustration. Nursing school is overwhelming — between clinical rotations, hundreds of pages of reading, and exams that feel designed to trick you, the last thing you need is scattered, hard-to-find study materials.

Here's the problem we kept seeing: most resources online are focused entirely on NCLEX prep. But nobody talks about actually getting through nursing school. The critical thinking, the prioritization, learning how to approach questions you've never seen before — that's the hard part, and that's what gets tested every single semester before you even sit for the NCLEX.

So we built what we wished we had: a platform that helps you develop those skills now, while you're still in school. Our study guides teach you to think like a nurse, and our quiz bank uses NCLEX-style questions from day one — so by the time you actually take the NCLEX, you've already been practicing that style of thinking for semesters.
